Here's an overview of what you can expect working with us during the booking process. We're known for our personalized approach and our attention to detail — you're a client for life.
About a month before final payment, we will send out a reminder. If you wish to pay in instalments, just let us know!

Once booked, we will put together an invoice and confirmation with all of your important details and final payment dates.

Let us know about any room upgrades, seat selection, and insurance you wish to add on.
4. DEPOSIT for THE BOOKING
Minimum deposits vary depending on your booking and destination, but are usually $150 - $250 per person.
3. SEND IN YOUR CREDIT CARD FORM
Once you have the forms ready, you can send them in to us, to process and secure your booking. If you do not have access to a computer, let us know!
We will provide you with a full secure authorization form, to ensure payments are safe and secure.
